Overseas Property

UK, UAE and Europe

This is the key to all our UK and overseas investors.

We work alongside some of the most prestigious developers in the UK, UAE and Europe and handle everything from start to finish.

We understand that as a foreign investor, it can be daunting looking into a completely different country surrounding different rules and regulations and of course, tax implications, which is where we come in.

We will break the whole thing down to make it very straightforward and hands off, but most importantly making sure that the returns are as high as possible in both the income and growth.

Bulk purchase Opportunities

As for many of our HNW, we rarely look at 1 or 2 units, as this is where our main ‘Flambard Williams’ will be a better fit.

With our little black book of contacts, we have developers all over the world who come knocking when they need a large development sold quickly.

There are many reasons why this could be the case, first and foremost the increase in interest rates has pushed many developers to the brink. Most developers are working on multiple sites at the same time therefore as soon they become squeezed there will be a number of their sites available at a discount.

Also when sites come up to completion the developer just wants to move on to the next, again, this offers great opportunities to clients such as yourself to pick up a bargain.

Off Market Opportunities

For many of our clients, discretion is the key. So when we are approached by a client who wants to sell their property but does not want it plastered all over the internet, we only offer this to our internal client base.


Funding is key to the success of developers. More often than not a funder can be difficult to deal with so there are great opportunities for the everyday investor to participate in a Joint Venture with a developer without the hassle of finding the land, the contractor or having to participate in the sales cycle. There are great gains to be had here.
